Description
FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking an IC Programmer to operate Hi-Lo machines for chip programming and ensure quality control of programmed ICs. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the Test Department in a production environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing.
The IC Programmer will maintain equipment, manage inventory of programming materials, and coordinate timely delivery of programmed parts while assisting the Test Department as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Operate Hi-Lo machines to program integrated circuits (ICs), including setting up programming parameters, monitoring machine performance, and ensuring optimal production rates⁠⁠
  • Configure and maintain programming equipment according to detailed technical specifications, performing routine calibration and preventive maintenance checks⁠⁠
  • Perform comprehensive quality control testing on programmed ICs, including functionality testing, verification of program integrity, and compliance with both customer specifications and internal quality standards⁠⁠
  • Manage the logistics of IC parts movement, coordinating with warehouse staff for raw materials and ensuring timely delivery to production lines⁠⁠
  • Monitor equipment performance and promptly report any malfunctions or downtime to Technical Engineers, providing detailed information about issues encountered⁠⁠
  • Maintain detailed inventory tracking systems for programming materials, consumables, and equipment, ensuring stock levels meet production demands⁠⁠
  • Document all programming processes, test results, and quality control measures in compliance with industry standards and company protocols⁠⁠
  • Other Duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma required
  • 1 year experience with computers required
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
