  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or technical discipline with a minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Three (3) or more years of leadership experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or operations environment with demonstrated scope and impact.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Must have permanent authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

  • Proven senior-level leadership experience driving Lean, continuous improvement, or operational excellence initiatives.
  • Experience supporting complex, high-volume, or advanced manufacturing environments.
  • Strong technical credibility with hands-on problem-solving ability.
  • Demonstrated success leading organizational change and executing improvement roadmaps.
  • Strong project management capability with a history of delivering results.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google applications for data analysis, reporting, and communication.
  • Lead and set strategic direction for a team of engineers supporting a manufacturing module, ensuring alignment with operational and business objectives.
  • Own engineering accountability for manufacturing performance, including production, quality, cost, and equipment effectiveness.
  • Direct and prioritize engineering initiatives to accelerate qualification, implementation, and adoption of process and equipment improvements.
  • Provide leadership during both planned activities and unplanned events, ensuring rapid recovery and long-term corrective action.
  • Drive structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis; implement systemic solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Leverage data analytics, performance metrics, and trend analysis to guide operational decisions and improvement priorities.
  • Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence using disciplined methodologies.
  • Serve as a change leader by challenging existing practices and driving best-in-class performance aligned with enterprise goals.
  • Develop engineering capability through coaching, mentoring, and technical leadership across engineers and technicians.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, trust, and results.
  • Ensure full compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHS&S) requirements and safe work practices.
