We are seeking a Senior Module Engineering Manager to lead engineering functions supporting critical manufacturing operations. This role is a key member of the manufacturing leadership team, responsible for delivering stable operations, driving technical excellence, and advancing continuous improvement in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment.   • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or technical discipline with a minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Three (3) or more years of leadership experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or operations environment with demonstrated scope and impact.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Must have permanent authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of applicable background checks and screenings.

Salary:onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is$127,200 to $217,800 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of the internal equity of our current team members.   • Own engineering accountability for manufacturing performance, including production, quality, cost, and equipment effectiveness.
  • Direct and prioritize engineering initiatives to accelerate qualification, implementation, and adoption of process and equipment improvements.
  • Provide leadership during both planned activities and unplanned events, ensuring rapid recovery and long-term corrective action.
  • Drive structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis; implement systemic solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Leverage data analytics, performance metrics, and trend analysis to guide operational decisions and improvement priorities.
  • Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence using disciplined methodologies.
  • Serve as a change leader by challenging existing practices and driving best-in-class performance aligned with enterprise goals.
  • Develop engineering capability through coaching, mentoring, and technical leadership across engineers and technicians.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, trust, and results.
  • Ensure full compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHS&S) requirements and safe work practices.
