Job description

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) seeks a Project Manager (I/II/III) who is detail-oriented, and customer focused to join our Government Services department. You will help assist and lead both development and research-based government contracts from award to completion, working closely with teams of engineers, technicians, and production personnel. This customer-facing role requires the ability to lead multifunctional projects while managing scope, schedule, and budget. As a Project Manager I/II/III, a typical day might include the following:

  • Meeting with customers and outlining project details such as cost, timeline, and deliverables.

  • Updating and analyzing schedules and budgets for multifunctional projects.

  • Evaluating resource availability and managing assignments.

  • Ensuring purchase order requirements and customer specifications are being met.

  • Have experience in product development projects.

Pay Range Data

New hires start between $36.54 - $54.00 per hour. Our compensation ranges are based on the responsibilities of the role. Starting pay is determined individually and considers factors such as relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and training. Candidates may be considered at different levels based on their background. As a result, pay may vary to align with the level of the role.
