About the Role:

Ultimately, the Engineering Manager will contribute to the advancement of public infrastructure and services through effective engineering management and oversight.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in engineering management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing engineering principles and practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Experience in public sector engineering projects.
• Familiarity with energy management and sustainability practices.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the engineering team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies that align with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the design, development, and manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve engineering challenges, ensuring timely project completion.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, making adjustments as necessary to meet goals.

Skills:

The required skills in engineering management and product engineering will be utilized daily to guide the team in developing innovative solutions that meet public needs.
