Job description:
We are seeking a Program Director for our in home programs. This position requires a highly experienced individual equipped with the necessary skills to lead and manage all programs not just efficiently but effectively with the highest of quality standards implemented.
  • Fully responsible for the daily operations and oversight of the program.
  • Completes initial admission for new clients and completion of service authorization documentation.
  • Ensures client schedules are effectively completed to ensure client care and satisfaction.
  • Oversight of client care and staff facilitating care.
  • Provide supervision to the program supervisors.
  • Must pass state and federal background checks.
  • Must have significant supervisory experience in the healthcare field.
  • Must have impeccable writing and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's (required)
