Job Summary: Preferred CSAC , LCSW or LPC in the State of VA.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Director to join our organization. As a Program Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various programs within our organization. You will work closely with program managers and stakeholders to ensure program objectives are met and that our programs are aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate program strategies and initiatives to ensure their effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals
- Provide guidance and support to program managers and their teams to ensure successful program delivery
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify program needs, establish partnerships, and leverage resources
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of program staff
- Conduct regular program assessments and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in program management to enhance program effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Master's degree (preferred,) CSAC, LPC, LCSW.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
