What are Programme Directors?

Programme Directors are senior professionals responsible for overseeing and managing multiple related projects within an organization, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals. They coordinate project managers, allocate resources, set priorities, and monitor progress to deliver successful outcomes. Programme Directors often communicate with stakeholders, manage risks, and adjust plans as necessary to achieve the desired benefits and objectives.
