The Program Director will manage a team of instructors, a sales enrollment specialist, and a program coordinator, driving sales and enhancing our programs' overall quality and success.Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for both schools, ensuring alignment with our educational goals and standards. Program Oversight: Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our curriculum and educational content. Team Management: Direct and support the instructor team, sales enrollment specialist, and program coordinator to achieve excellence in their respective roles. Sales and Enrollment: Drive student enrollment and program sales, working closely with the team to increase program visibility and attract prospective students.
