The Team:
Our Customer Teams function as the main contact point for representatives of our customers.ย  We are the internal voice of the customer; we are order managers; we are new-product integrators; we are problem solvers.ย  It is our responsibility to cultivate and grow relationships based upon knowledge and service.

The Role:
The Program Coordinator is a critical information manager and communication specialist.ย ย  You will work in both our internal business system and customer systems to ensure that day to day requirements are prepared for internal and external stakeholders and documentation on long term projects meets internal and customer needs.ย  ย 

You will spend your time:

  • The Program Coordinator will serve as a coach and mentor for Program Assistants and Customer Service Specialists.
  • Under the guidance of Program Managers, the Program Coordinator will
    • Assist in directing RiverSide Customer Team activity
    • Manage Part Change Notifications (PCN)
    • Maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) and Qualified Manufacture (QM) updates
    • Manage zero demand inventory
    • Launch internal Manufacturing Change Orders (MCO)
    • Conduct contract review on new Purchase Orders (PO) and existing Sales Orders (SO)
    • Assist in quoting, price part variance (PPV) and costing discussions
    • Other projects and duties as assigned
  • The Program Coordinator may,
    • Under the direction of a Program Manager be the primary point of contact and lead for RiverSide Customer Team activities for a subset of a larger customer relationship
    • Working independently, be the primary point of contact and lead for RiverSide Customer Team activities for a customer relationship for programs limited in scope and complexity

  • 2-year degree required; 4-year degree preferred
  • Manufacturing experience
  • Electronics background desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Access)
  • Previous experience working with Materials Resource Planning (MRP) systems

Travel:

  • This position will travel between the RiverSide Lewiston and Winona facilities.
  • Infrequent travel for trainings and/or business needs may be required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, kneeling
