About the Role:
Support IHI's K-12 pathway programs as a Program Coordinator, helping coordinate stakeholder communications and program logistics under the direction of the Program Manager.
The Program Coordinator plays a key support role in advancing the Institute for Health Innovation's K-12 pathway programs, working under the direction of the Program Manager. This position helps coordinate communications and maintain strong working relationships across team members, community partners, private entities, and public organizations.
The Program Coordinator supports the development, implementation, and ongoing operation of programming by helping execute the plans and initiatives set by the Program Manager, in alignment with IHI's goals. This role is instrumental in keeping day-to-day IHI activities running smoothly and on schedule.
Specific duties include:
  • Prepare materials for events and K-12 pathway programs, as directed by the Program Manager; record and track data related to K-12 pathway programs;
  • Coordinate day-of logistics for K-12 pathway programs under the direction of the Program Manager;
  • Assist the Program Manager with research on new pathway programs and help execute implementation tasks as assigned;
  • Support annual assessment of programs by compiling data and materials to inform the Program Manager's evaluation of effectiveness and best practices;

The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with a wide range of constituencies - including faculty, staff, students, alumni, and community members - while supporting the broader stakeholder relationships managed by the Program Manager.
