Job description

Participants will successfully complete a structured 18-24 month rotational curriculum, including but not limited to exposure in:
  • General Accounting: Journal entries, account reconciliations, month-end close processes, and financial statement preparation.
  • Cost Accounting & Operations Finance: Inventory accounting, manufacturing cost analysis, standard costing, and operational performance reporting.
  • Financial Reporting: Internal and external reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting support.
  • Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable: Transaction processing, cash management, vendor relationships, and working capital management.
  • Internal Controls & Audit: Compliance activities, risk assessment, internal controls, and audit support.
  • Financial Planning & Business Analysis: Customer, product, and supplier profitability analysis, management reporting, business performance analysis, forecasting support, and Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) exposure.
  • Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting processes.
  • Prepare, analyze, and reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit activities.
  • Analyze financial and operational results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with operational, supply chain, sales, and corporate teams to understand business drivers and improve financial performance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, standardization, automation, and increased efficiency within accounting and financial processes.
  • Utilize financial systems, reporting tools, data analytics, and emerging technologies to improve reporting accuracy and business insights.
