Responsibilities
We're looking for a Senior Manager, Programmatic. Experience with platforms such as The Trade Desk, Walmart DSP, Amazon DSP, or other demand-side platforms is required.
Candidates must reside in a commutable distance to our Atlanta, Chicago or New York office for a hybrid work schedule.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
โ€ข Own and develop programmatic media activation strategy and oversee teammates to build and flawlessly execute best-in-class campaigns across DSPs.
โ€ข Direct and train Managers and Specialists on best practices for hands-on setup, management, optimization, and reporting of programmatic campaigns.
โ€ข Lead strategy on audience segmentation, inventory selection, bidding strategies, and refine overall activation plans based on client objectives and platform capabilities.
โ€ข Collaborate with the Director to evolve processes that improve daily and weekly optimizations and performance across a variety of platforms and clients.
โ€ข Create and present strategic media plans and collaborate with senior internal leaders to align programmatic strategy with broader commerce goals.
โ€ข Support development of holistic media strategy, client media mix, and budget allocations, while leading Managers and Specialists in executing tactics that support the strategy.
โ€ข Maintain oversight of campaign setup, performance, optimization, and reporting across programmatic platforms.
โ€ข Lead, manage, mentor, and scale the skillsets of the team in workflow, training, development, and adherence to best practices.
โ€ข Deliver high-quality insights and strategic recommendations based on client objectives, media strategy, and campaign results.
โ€ข Reports to Director, Programmatic; direct reports include Programmatic Manager
SKILLSETS REQUIRED:
โ€ข 5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising
โ€ข Hands-on experience with media buying in DSPs such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, or similar platforms.
โ€ข Confident presenter and persuasive communicator (verbal and written) of complex information.
โ€ข Owner and leader mentality, with willingness to "roll up your sleeves."
โ€ข Exceptional Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
โ€ข Proactive campaign monitoring, optimization, and performance-based reporting.
โ€ข Experience with audience targeting, contextual strategies, and inventory curation.
โ€ข Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities across clients, vendors, and internal teams.
โ€ข Self-starter with a passion for digital media and commerce.
โ€ข Strategic thinker with a creative approach to solving complex challenges.
โ€ข Collaborative team player who can challenge peers and clients constructively.
โ€ข Experience managing and mentoring direct reports, empowering them to grow into strategic roles.
โ€ข Strong storytelling skills in client presentations, with a focus on business strategy and client motivations.
โ€ข Ability to operate independently with polished, strategic deliverables.

Compensation Range: USD $97,375.00 - USD $155,961.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
