Job Description

AGS Ignite is a dynamic, creative team dedicated to transforming employer brands and recruitment marketing for leading organizations. We’re seeking a seasoned Recruitment Marketing Specialist who can elevate our clients employer brand, and drive candidate engagement through innovative campaigns, digital strategy, and compelling content.

Your Responsibilities, Impact & Contribution 

  • Support our RPO clients with strategic recruitment marketing support to help them build their brand and drive candidate engagement.
  • Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies that support hiring goals across multiple talent segments and geographies.
  • Partner with recruiters, hiring leaders, and client stakeholders to create targeted attraction campaigns that drive qualified candidate pipelines.
  • Translate employer value propositions (EVPs) into recruitment marketing campaigns, content, and candidate experiences.
  • Manage the execution of recruitment marketing initiatives across the full candidate journey, from awareness through application.
  • Plan, launch, optimize, and report on recruitment marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Manage recruitment media initiatives including job board advertising, social media promotion, programmatic media, referral campaigns, and targeted talent attraction strategies.
  • Collaborate with AGS Ignite creative and digital teams to develop campaign assets and candidate engagement materials.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimization recommendations.
  • Develop regular talent community communications that position the client as a place to work and drive applications.
  • Do all the above as a part of the AGS Ignite team. We are a close knit team who supports each other deliver for our client and ourselves.
  • Limited travel as required
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years experience in Sourcing & Marketing
  • 1 year of experience managing Social Media Marketing
  • Strong writing skills with a good grasp of tone.
  • Imaginative problem solver
  • Ability to participate effectively in a team environment both virtually and in multiple on-site locations, including client sites and AGS headquarters
  • Design and video production experience a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities within tight timelines.
  • Experience communicating and working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience providing a consultative recruiting approach with internal stakeholders
