Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of maintenance management, including both mechanical and electrical systems. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities, equipment, and systems, while also leading a team of maintenance professionals.

Duties

  • Manage and supervise the maintenance team to ensure effective performance and adherence to safety standards.
  • Oversee the maintenance management system (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and preventive maintenance schedules.
