Vocational Nursing Program Director - Lead Nursing Education Excellence in Greater Los Angeles

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vocational Nursing Program Director to lead our distinguished nursing education program in the Greater Los Angeles area. This leadership position offers the opportunity to shape the future of nursing education while ensuring program excellence, regulatory compliance, and student success. Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and oversee all daily operations of the Vocational Nursing Program, maintaining academic excellence and program integrity
  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive nursing curriculum that meets California Board of Registered Nursing requirements and prepares students for NCLEX-PN licensure examination
  • Recruit, hire, mentor, and evaluate nursing faculty and program staff to ensure exceptional teaching standards and student outcomes
  • Monitor and analyze program performance metrics including student retention rates, graduation rates, NCLEX pass rates, and employment outcomes
  • Ensure full compliance with accrediting bodies, California Board of Registered Nursing regulations, and institutional policies
  • Lead accreditation processes and maintain all required program documentation and reporting
  • Cultivate an inclusive, supportive learning environment that promotes student success and faculty development

  • Demonstrated expertise in nursing curriculum development and instructional design
  • Comprehensive knowledge of vocational nursing education standards and California state nursing regulations
  • Proven track record in nursing program development, management, and accreditation processes
