Job Description
You will be the Senior Tester for the MFC team in Ocala. Our team is responsible for testing, retesting, evaluating, and verifying the performance of electrical, electronic, electro-optical, and electro-mechanical assemblies in accordance with established test procedures.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Senior Tester, you will be responsible for leading the testing efforts of complex assemblies, ensuring they meet the required standards and specifications. You will play a critical role in identifying and resolving testing issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Testing, retesting, evaluating, and verifying the performance of electrical, electronic, electro-optical, and electro-mechanical assemblies

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications
Requirements for Internal and External Hire at LG 8:
• Must have completed either Option 1, 2, or 3
• No disciplinary action at or above the Step 4 level within the last year.
Option 1:
• Minimum of a two-year degree program majoring in:
a. Electronic engineering,
b. Electronic engineering technology, or
c. Related discipline
Option 2:
• Approved Vocational certification in electronics technology or equivalent to the 2 year
A.S. degree which should include basic electronics and circuit operation through digital
logic.
Option 3:
• Two (2) years of military service with electronic education and applied experience.
Desired skills
Ability to read schematics
Familiarity with common test equipment i.e power supply's, DMM, O-Scope
Ability to work with a team
Experience with Microsoft Suite
