Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced System Testers with prior Integrated Eligibility (IE) experience to support enterprise level testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in software system testing, test case development and execution, SDLC processes, and defect tracking tools. Candidates with hands on experience validating IE applications and public assistance programs will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform end to end software system testing for Integrated Eligibility applications

Design, write, maintain, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios

Validate application functionality against business and technical requirements

Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and support overall quality assurance activities

Identify, document, track, and verify defects through resolution

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project stakeholders to ensure application quality

Utilize JIRA and JAMA for defect management, requirements traceability, and test management

Execute SQL queries to validate backend data and verify test results

Participate in SDLC activities including planning, testing, reporting, and release validation

Provide accurate testing status updates and support production readiness activities

Required Skills:

Prior Integrated Eligibility (IE) testing experience

Strong experience with software system testing

Experience writing comprehensive test cases and executing manual test scenarios

Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Experience with System Integration Testing (SIT)

Experience using JIRA and/or JAMA

Strong SQL skills for backend data validation

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience testing large scale government or public sector applications

Familiarity with eligibility systems and business processes

Experience with requirements validation and defect lifecycle management

Ability to work collaboratively in Agile or hybrid development environments
