Description
Tharros is seeking a Program Support Specialist for an upcoming program specializing in technical and analytical services that bolster USCYBERCOM's ability to counter cyber threats and carry out full spectrum cyber operations.
The Program Support Specialist provides administrative, operational, and coordination support for cybersecurity and IT programs. This role assists program leadership and operational teams with documentation management, scheduling, reporting, task tracking, and day-to-day program support functions within classified operational environments. In this role, you will support the execution and coordination of mission activities by helping maintain program documentation, monitor action items, support meetings and communications, and assist with organizational and administrative processes under the guidance of senior personnel.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and operational support for cybersecurity, IT, and mission support programs
  • Assist with coordination and tracking of program activities, deliverables, milestones, and action items
  • Maintain program documentation, records, reports, schedules, meeting minutes, and status trackers
  • Support preparation of briefings, reports, correspondence, and presentation materials for leadership and program personnel
  • Coordinate meetings, working groups, and operational support activities across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Assist with document management, version control, and records maintenance within classified environments
  • Monitor and update program schedules, tasking systems, and workflow trackers to ensure timely completion of assignments
  • Support onboarding, access requests, travel coordination, and administrative processes as required
  • Communicate with internal teams, mission stakeholders, and support personnel to facilitate efficient information flow and coordination
  • Assist senior staff with data collection, reporting activities, and organizational process improvement efforts

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • 1+ years of experience supporting administrative, operational, and coordination support for cybersecurity and IT programs
  • Strong organizational and administrative support skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in fast-paced operational environments
  • Ability to maintain sensitive information and operate within classified environments
  • Familiarity with program support functions, task management, and administrative coordination preferred
  • Prior experience supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, cybersecurity, or IT environments is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
