Position Summary:
The program assistant is responsible for providing program support at the Aletheia House residential or outpatient clinics. The program assistant will provide support to individuals, groups, and/or family counseling to program participants by working to help manage front office and billing duties. The program assistant works closely with the Treatment Coordinator, Program Manager and/or Chief Operating Officer to accomplish the mission and service goals of Aletheia House.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Answer phone, take messages, and relay messages for staff.
-Assist with organizing data for submission to appropriate personnel.
-Assist with organizing billing.
-Collect staff paperwork.
-File
-Monitor waiting area and greet guests.
-Perform clerical and administrative duties.
-Perform other duties as assigned by the Health Services Director, Treatment Coordinator, or Chief Operating Officer
Requirements
Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or GED
-Must have a valid Driver's License and good driving record
-Motor Vehicle Report required
