Compensation: Annual base salary + performance bonus

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Job Summary

HireFrontier is looking for a motivated, people-focused Client & Candidate Support Representative to join our on-site team. As one of the first points of contact for job seekers, employer clients, and partners, you'll help deliver the responsive, personalized experience HireFrontier is known for — scheduling interviews, answering questions, and guiding people through our staffing services.

Responsibilities

●      Support: Assist job seekers, clients, and partners via phone, email, and in person

●      Candidate Assistance: Guide applicants through openings, application status, interviews, and onboarding

●      Client Communication: Respond to staffing inquiries and coordinate recruitment activity

●      Data Management: Keep candidate profiles, client records, and job orders accurate in the ATS/database

●      Issue Resolution: Handle concerns promptly, escalating when needed

●      Documentation: Maintain organized records of interactions and transactions

●      Feedback Collection: Gather candidate/client feedback to improve service

●      Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, document prep, and related tasks

Qualifications
