San Jose, CA | Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
$22.00/hour | Entry-Level Friendly
Are you compassionate, reliable, and passionate about helping others? Join Spread Your Wings and make a meaningful impact supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in a community-based day program.What You'll Do:
  • Provide 1:1 support to a participant throughout the day
  • Assist with daily living activities (hygiene, meals, mobility)
  • Support participation in community outings (parks, stores, libraries)
  • Implement behavior support plans and redirect as needed
  • Ensure safety, engagement, and well-being at all times
  • Ride along during transportation to support the participant
What We're Looking For:
  • 18+ years old
  • Patient, dependable, and compassionate
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in caregiving or behavioral support (preferred, not required)
  • Comfortable working independently in the community
  • Able to pass background check & Live Scan
