My HealtheVet Program Support Assistant

The incumbent functions as the My HealtheVet Program Support Assistant for the Phoenix Veterans Affairs Healthcare System and its Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs). Timely, effective communication with Veterans is critical to the mission of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). VA's Online Personal Health Record, My HealtheVet (MHV) and Secure Messaging can be utilized to communicate with Veterans in a timely and relevant manner.
