Registered Nurse – Adult Day Program (Part-Time)

LADACIN Network (Lifetime Assistance for Developmental and Challenging Individual Needs) is a nonprofit agency that has been serving individuals with developmental and physical disabilities for more than 75 years. Our mission is to provide a continuum of care including educational, therapeutic, social, residential, and support services to infants, children, and adults with complex disabilities or delays.

Position Summary

LADACIN Network is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Adult Day Program in Ocean County. This part-time position provides nursing care and support to adults with developmental and multiple physical disabilities in a day program setting.

The Registered Nurse will perform nursing procedures, provide first aid and health-related support, assist with care planning, maintain required documentation, and collaborate with a transdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care. The RN will also communicate with families, physicians, and staff members regarding participant health needs and services.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Commitment to providing compassionate, person-centered care

This position is based in Ocean County, NJ, one of LADACIN Network's locations serving individuals throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties.
