We're actively seeking a talented Event Planner to join our Meeting and Events Team in Newport Beach, CA. You will fill a new role that sits on a team of 5 event planners in the Consumer Markets division.
The experience you bring:
  • 2+ years of experience • 4-year degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to coordinate meeting and event logistics including hotel sourcing, rooming lists, food and beverage planning, transportation, registration management, and audiovisual requirements.
  • Manage assigned meetings and events from planning through onsite execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hotels, venues, destination management companies, and other vendors while supporting contract and vendor management activities.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand event objectives and deliver high-quality attendee experiences aligned with business goals.
  • Ability to solve problems, adapt to changing priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience supporting corporate meetings, conferences, or trade show
  • Hospitality, venue, destination management company (DMC), or event agency experience

Base Pay Range:
The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
$84,870.00 - $103,730.00
