Job Description We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in portfolio-level delivery, change management, and cross-team coordination and a proven ability to manage project intake, financials, and end-to-end program execution across multiple teams. Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and deliver defined project and program deliverables requiring engagement from multiple teams.

Manage project intake and financials while providing end-to-end visibility into health, timeline, scope, quality, and cost. Communicate objectives, coordinate delivery, and ensure compliance with Enterprise Change Management standards. Facilitate delivery routines such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.

Lead dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal across teams and platforms. Promote collaboration across organizations to meet delivery timelines and outcomes. Gather and report status updates to stakeholders and leadership on delivery progress, risks, issues, and schedules.

Align execution with sponsor and stakeholder requirements and support resource planning. Serve as an individual contributor driving continuous improvement and release readiness. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence, managing delivery across multiple instances.

Demonstrated experience in portfolio-level oversight and end-to-end program delivery. Expertise in change management and Enterprise Change Management compliance. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage across all organizational levels.

Experience leading release planning, readiness activities, and standard development and documentation. Preferred Skills: Background in financial management for programs and portfolios. Experience coordinating delivery across large, multi-team environments.
