Description

• Coordinate data flow, mapping, and interaction between ERP and ERP systems in Finance Systems Roadmap. This multi-year program mitigates technical and operational risk by replacing the aging, inflexible, and non-integrated financial management system with a single source of truth. Interact and coordinate with Business Teams, Systems Integration Teams, Runbook/Automation Teams, Performance Teams, Environment Readiness Teams, Security Teams, and Development Teams.

• Work directly with QA /Functional Team, Development / Technology Team, Business and Managers.

• Created WBS in MS Project and provided for the team to execute daily and weekend maintenance, executed it, led daily status calls, provided updates/inputs to test planning meetings, lead handoff calls, monitor execution status, communicate testing conditions to the stakeholders, escalate risk areas, execute and coordinate status calls during Dress Rehearsal and Cutover Releases.

• Implement risk-based testing approaches to prioritize critical test cases, reducing overall testing efforts.

• Have strong communication channels with stakeholders, informing them of testing progress and potential issues.

• Train and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement within the testing group.

• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements, consistently delivering reliable test results.

• Handle Release Management activities, including Dress Rehearsals, Cutover Releases, and other activities. As part of control room operations, Lead daily status calls for management.

• Lead and participate in Handoff calls, which involved the onshore-offshore model. Effectively communicated testing conditions to the functional and business teams regarding timeframe changes, test region availability, and environment downtime)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $65.00/hr.
