We are seeking an experienced program/Project manager to join the AIML Data Operations group. Our team directly contributes to the development of AIML algorithms across many of Appleʼs products, specifically in regards to Siri and Apple Intelligence. In this role, you will drive critical programs that enhance our operation to provide data at scale for engineering teams building robust AI features for millions of customers worldwide. You will develop various program elements, create and manage project plans, recruit participants internally and partner with various cross functional stakeholders.
Description
The AIML Data Operations, is looking for an experienced Program/Project manager to drive cross-functional that not only enable capabilities within AIML Data Ops to enhance the customer experience, but also enhance operational efficiency through process, data, and technology solutions. You will lead cross-functional programs, define and implement policies and processes, and ensure clear communication with leadership. You will collaborate with DRIs and stakeholders to manage workflows, prioritize initiatives, and mitigate risks to drive program success. The ideal candidate will be self-directed, motivated, and comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced environment. Acting as the primary liaison, you will provide program updates, communicate risks, and support approvals with leadership. Successful candidates are highly organized, analytical, and proactive problem-solvers who excel at navigating challenges to deliver results. Flexibility and adaptability are key attributes needed for success. This individual should also have strong analytical, project management and leadership skills to handle a variety of activities and complexities spanning the organization and be willing to work at both a very detailed and strategic level.
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of experience managing large projects or programs including cross-functional initiatives across global teams.
Bachelors in Business Management, Finance or related field
Background in Project or Program management
Proven track record of leading complex strategic programs
Proficient knowledge of the systems implementation and Project life cycles
Proficient at leading multiple efforts simultaneously in a global capability including working with international teams
Capacity to analyze data, identify root causes, and develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges
Expertise in analyzing, redesigning, and implementing business processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
Exceptional presentation, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and manage diverse stakeholder expectations
Proven capability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders at all levels, and drive consensus without direct authority.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, manage ambiguity, and adapt to changing priorities
Proven ability to operate autonomously across multiple teams in a matrix organization
