  • Facilitate coordination across multiple organizational components, subcontractors, and teaming partners to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Manage cross-functional, matrixed teams in an agile and fast-paced environment.
  • Oversee portfolio operations within assigned mission areas including staffing coordination, resource management, financial tracking, contract execution, risk management, requirements management, dependency management, and reporting activities.
  • Assist with monitoring program financials, burn rates, labor allocations, forecasts, and operational metrics to support program health and contractual compliance.
  • Identify operational gaps, process inefficiencies, and integration challenges across projects and recommend scalable solutions.

  • Develop executive-level briefings, status reports, operational summaries, and performance metrics for senior leadership and federal customers.
  • Support implementation of governance processes, delivery frameworks, and operational best practices to improve consistency and execution quality across the portfolio.
  • Assist with strategic initiatives including transition planning, organizational change management, workforce and succession planning, innovation efforts, and growth-related activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on delivery maturity, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and mission impact.
  • Lead or support special projects, surge activities, and executive tasking as required.
