What YouWill Be Doing

  • Design, plan, and deliver high-impact, memorable learning experiencesfor in person and live virtual learning programs;within budget by managing all pre-event, event, and post-event details seamlessly with program leaders, meeting planners, vendors, participants, facilitators, executive leaders and more.

  • Lead event planning byreviewingcontracts,locatingoffsite venues, negotiatingterms, and assessingquality to ensure flawless execution of events of learning programs.

  • Execute learning event preparationwhichincludes creating name tags/tent cards, printing & organizing supplies, updating & emailing program materials,acting as theonsitepoint-of-contactfor all vendors, andassistingwith AV needs.

  • Supportlearning centers and offices.This includes shipping and receiving,assistingwithbuilding access,arranging the classroom, placing supply orders,assistingwith catering needs, andmaintaininganorganized & tidyspace.

  • Monitor and evaluate event performance toaccomplishlearningobjectivesand make recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Establish, develop, andmaintainrelationships internally with stakeholders.

  • Stay up to date on best practices andnew trendsin eventsand learning.

  • This role may have travel expectations up to40-50%.

  • As the Learning & Development team is global, you may occasionallybe requiredto workoutsidetypicalbusinesshours to accommodate meetings across multiple time zones.

Our Hybrid Workplace

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.

$73,000.00 - $110,000.00

Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

$78,840.00 - $118,800.00

Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
