Job description

We are Eagle Integrated Services, LLC (EIS) , an 8(a) Certified Alaska Native Company (ANC), and a subsidiary of the Bristol Bay Native Corporation (BBNC). We support several military installations and federal agencies across the nation through consulting and contracting our professional and technical solutions.
We are searching for a Program Coordinator to support our ongoing mission at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio. The Program Coordinator will assist in managing the United States Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine's (USAFSAM) efforts under the Defense Advance Research and Projects Agency's (DARPA) Medical Intelligent Network for Evaluation, Readiness, Validation, and Analysis (MINERVA) program.
What You'll Do:
  • Administrative and functional support. The Program Coordinator establishes the schedule of program office activities, prioritizes program-related tasks, and ensures that the program director is aware of important deadlines related to program activities. Organizational skills are needed to track the ongoing activities of the program office and to maintain accurate and easily retrievable records.
  • The Program Coordinator shall provide direct administrative and technical support to the DARPA MINERVA team. They shall assist program director(s) by transfer briefs and other associated administrative tasks. They shall advise the program director and assist in responding to and resolving programmatic administrative problems.
  • Serve as the program's File Management Custodian and assist in preparation of monthly and annual program reports.
  • Manage and coordinate all administrative duties relative to the DARPA MINERVA program. The Program Coordinator will assist with planning and coordination of all meetings and/or travel to events.
  • The Coordinator shall perform all other project related tasks as needed.

What You Bring:
  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree with at minimum five (5) years of experience working in an active duty and DoW military environment
