Job description

Overview:
Provide high level of service while greeting, assisting, and directing incoming calls, visitors, and processing mail. Effectively handle administrative functions including transaction processing, back-up support, commission data entry, ordering office supplies, and administrative support in accordance with the practices, policies and procedures of the Company.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsibilities may include all or some of the following.
  • Operate switchboard handling incoming calls and forward as appropriate.
  • Greet visitors and inform employees of the visitors' arrival.
  • Maintain a daily log in staff/visitors in and out.
  • Maintain administration assistant workflow manual.
  • Post, enter and reconcile date on monthly direct bill commission statements when needed.
  • Assemble CL and PL policies for delivery to customers as requested.
  • Order office supplies.
  • Upkeep of reception, kitchen, and main conference area by making sure that the areas are neatly organized and professional.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma
  • Pleasant telephone manner.
  • Ability to pay attention to detail.
  • Experience with office equipment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

The expected salary range for this position is $21.47 an hour to $33.33 an hour and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
