Job description

We are seeking a Medical Office Manager strong background for Restructure and Reorganize Medical Office , followed by implementation of tools, and procedures with staff to carry it out. Once structure is in place, you will interview and assist in decision of hiring staff

INTERVIEWS START JUNE 22 WEDNESDAY 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with medical and health service activities , front and back office skills coverage
  • Plan and coordinate health services for HEDIS and Insurance landmarks
  • Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare programs
  • Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
  • Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures, and Audits
  • Submit Authorizations and set up tracking
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, cancel and reschedule appoints
  • Assist with Telehealth
  • Able to work with Mid Level Practitioners and knowledgeable of rules and/or willing to learn
  • Assist and schedule Corporate meetings and Minutes

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in healthcare or other medical fields
  • Experience in a managerial role
  • Strong leadership qualities to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Spanish speaking
