Drive high-impact sales enablement programs that shape the future of HPE Networking. In this role, you will lead a multiproject programs, align with crossfunctional stakeholders, and design futurestate processes, while partnering with senior leaders to deliver measurable business outcomes, accelerate transformation, and enhance the seller experience worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads complex data and business analyses to develop business plans and identify strategic recommendations, business opportunities, and actionable insights.
  • Leads the development and execution of strategic business plans, sales enablement programs, and operational initiatives to achieve defined business objectives.
  • EstablishesKPIsand business performance metrics and develops processes for monitoring performance, identifying gaps, and driving corrective actions.
  • Designs, develops, and maintains executive dashboards, business reporting, and forecasting models usingExcel,Power BI,SFDC, and other business intelligence tools.

Familiarity with automation, AI-enabled workflows, and process optimization methodologies is preferred but not required.
