Job description

Mayvin is looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a complex Army program office support effort for a multi-mission radar portfolio in Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. The PM will serve as the primary point of contact for the Government and will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all contract support activities to ensure successful program performance in support of mission objectives.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must have an active Secret clearance or higher.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day contract execution, staffing cadence, and deliverable quality for a radar program portfolio (programmatic/engineering/logistics/test)
  • Integrate program schedules and milestones; conduct critical-path and schedule risk analyses; coordinate cross-functional synchronization
  • Orchestrate monthly/quarterly reporting, including cost/performance reports and trip/working group summaries
  • Maintain a rigorous quality control approach that meets Government surveillance thresholds

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or Four (4) additional years of related experience
  • Minimum of 10 years in DoD program/project management; experience leading SETA teams
  • Demonstrated mastery of Integrated Master Scheule (IMS), schedule risk, and multi-program integration
  • Familiarity with Army acquisition artifacts and cost/schedule reporting

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Top Secret Clearance
  • Program Management Professional (PMP) certification or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) PMP and/or DAWIA Level III PM certification
  • Radar program office experience; familiarity with DOORS and Windchill
  • EVM/ACEIT exposure; prior RS3 or APG experience
