The program will support US Special Operations Command (SOCOM) at MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida.

*This position is contingent upon contract award*

*This position requires a TS/SCI Clearance*

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Program Manager in maintaining oversight and administrative control over the entire contract workforce, ensuring performance standards and mission objectives are met.
  • Serve as the senior-level liaison between the Contractor and Government in the absence of the Program Manager, working directly with the Contracting Officer, COR/ACOR, and TTMs.
  • Participate in meetings, briefings, conferences, and progress reviews, providing management, technical, cost, and schedule information as required.
  • Monitor contract performance across all functional areas, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions to ensure continued compliance with contract requirements.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of management reports, status updates, and program documentation as required by Government stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with functional leads and government stakeholders to ensure contractor personnel remain aligned with program priorities and objectives.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in program management, intelligence operations, or a related discipline within DoD or equivalent Government agencies.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale contracts within the DoD or Intelligence Community, with a thorough understanding of contract management, performance monitoring, and government acquisition processes.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and effectively engage with senior Government officials.
  • Familiarity with DoD contracting processes, performance-based contracting, and government acquisition regulations.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
