Bilingual English and Spanish Program Manager – Operations


MOCA Logistics is looking for an experienced Program Manager to oversee multiple projects and lead Project Managers and field teams across our operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously from planning through execution.
  • Lead Project Managers and field leadership teams.
  • Manage resources, schedules, budgets, logistics, and project risks.
  • Ensure safety, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience.
  • Strong leadership, budgeting, resource planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP preferred.
  • OSHA-30 and PIT-MEWP certification.
  • Fluent English; Spanish preferred.
  • Availability to travel approximately 40%.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish required.
