Your role:
The Program Manager provides business and execution leadership for one or more projects, holding accountability for project schedule, budget and risks, and interacts with all functions and levels of management ensuring effective communications.
In this role, you'll lead project team through identification, prioritization, initiation, development and implementation defining key milestones to achieve the launch date commitments and identify issues and risks associated with those plans.
What you'll be doing:
  • Accountable for core team performance, program schedule and execution, budget commitments and spend.
  • Leads team in defining program strategies, developing goals, and orchestrating team appraisal process.
  • Provides clear direction on product lifecycle management requirements to meet expectations of external customers and business stakeholders.
  • Interacts through program updates and reviews with all functions and levels of management ensuring effective ongoing communications across teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensures identification and communication of project risks, development of risk plan and proactive management of risk response strategies.
  • Anticipates potential conflict situations for proactive solutions and manages conflict situations to result in win-win outcomes.
  • Maximizes business results through continuous improvement in organization's ability to execute programs from identification through implementation.

What you'll bring:
  • MBA/MS or Bachelor's degree
  • PMI or IPMA or equivalent certification required
  • PMI / PMP Certification (or equivalent) desired.
  • 10+ years of product life cycle experience
  • 5+ years project management experience with demonstrated success leading multi-site projects
  • Strong knowledge Medical Device Product Lifecycle (ISO 13485 and FDA QS Regulation 21 CFR Part 820)
  • Business Acumen
  • Role Model of Vital Behaviors and Leadership Essentials
  • Expertise in all aspects of program management
  • Ability to communicate effectively using a wide variety of skills and vehicles
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams simultaneously in a matrix environment
  • Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills, capable of analyzing and solving complex problems through innovative thought and experience
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of time

The estimated base salary for this position is $128,000 to $160,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
