This role at Razorfish will serve as a member of Publicis Groupe's strategic internal agency, Constellation.
Constellation serves as an internal-facing brand formed by a collective of Publicis Groupe agencies to address our client's creative, data, strategy, media, and technology requirements. Team members collaborate across agencies while functioning as sub-divisions within their respective brands to provide dedicated support for the client. By acting as a unified interface, Constellation eliminates operational silos and presents a single service entity and primary point of contact for the client.
Overview
The Program Manager is responsible for the health and quality of mid-to-large scale client projects, focusing on paid media and data and analytics project management, end to end project workflow, and delivery efficiency and quality, while working with managers in learning to manage risk mitigation and resolution.
The ideal candidate should have experience leading marketing and advertising projects with multidisciplinary resources. They should also have experience collaborating with key agency collaborators, including Client Services, Strategy, Data and Analytics, Media, and Technology. Experience with managing multi-channel engagements is preferred. Agency experience is key.
They will also possess an ability to represent the Program Management field with internal partners, and have experience in building and maintaining positive relationships with agency partners.
Responsibilities
  • Ability to run small to medium fast-paced data and technology projects with several work tracks. Works with resource management and field leads to ensure accurate staffing.
  • Works with data and technology interdisciplinary teams to manage schedules, deliverables, and team capacity; clarifies and communicates project objectives and success criteria; troubleshoots internal issues and determines corrective action.
  • Ability to plan, coordinate and control the activities of other Razorfish fields with little oversight.
  • Creates interdisciplinary workback schedules, establishes progress tracking processes and produces effective reports to communicate progress to clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to proactively identify and mitigate risk from the project plan, manages and controls project scope and the change control process to ensure that projects are completed according to schedule and within budget.
  • Drives project delivery through effective use of internal and client meetings.
  • Effectively organizes and uses internal tools (Smartsheet's, Adobe Workfront, Confluence, JIRA, Box, MS Teams, etc.) to meet project and client requirements.
  • Tracks and manages team permissions and processes within the client's ecosystems as well as Razorfish's.
  • Knowledge of our standard data deliverables (integrated marketing campaign performance reporting, key KPI's, measurement plans, audience targeting and testing) and ability to conduct regular reviews of project deliverables with key team members/client, works with senior delivery team members to develop/implement plans to resolve any issues.
  • Understands the basics of the different delivery methodologies with their pros and cons and their applicability; (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, Scrum, Kanban).
  • Ability to frame messages correctly through context or purpose and articulate messages with clarity and simplicity.
  • Ability to set up and facilitate a wide range of meetings and interactions, including meetings with clients on a day-to-day basis.
  • Works with the daily client contact to assure that the solution is understood and addresses the customer's business requirements; discussions on project issues and risk.
  • Ensures that key decisions and next steps are clearly captured and quickly communicated to clients; ensures they're addressed by the team.
  • Ability to manage the stakeholder relationship with support of the client service team.
  • Able to establish and effectively manage client expectations.
  • Ability to manage client escalations within the client escalation hierarchy (with guidance).

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment delivering fast-paced data and technology solutions.
  • Successful history of client contact including experience in setting and managing client expectations.
  • Demonstrated understanding of project management methodologies, process and tools, including staffing, scoping, estimating, burn management.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, project management software (JIRA, Workfront, etc.), and project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet).

Compensation Range: USD $73,150.00 - USD $101,010.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
