Administrator Unlicensed

Behavioral Health Program Leadership | Bend Programs #206, #207 & #208 | Bend, Oregon

This is a fully in-person position. No hybrid or remote work options are available.

Employees in this role participate in a structured on-call rotation and must remain accessible for urgent operational needs.

Telecare is seeking an experienced behavioral health leader to oversee the clinical, operational, and financial success of three behavioral health programs in Bend, Oregon:

  • Edgecliff Residential Treatment House #206
  • 12th Street House #207
  • Deschutes Recovery Center #208

This is a fully in-person, multi-program leadership role responsible for driving outcomes across Telecare’s Four Pillars of Performance: Clinical Quality, Workforce Engagement, Customer Satisfaction, and Financial Security.

The Administrator serves as the operational leader across all three programs, overseeing day-to-day operations, regulatory compliance, staff leadership, quality improvement initiatives, and financial performance. This role partners closely with Deschutes County Behavioral Health, corporate departments, community partners, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, recovery-centered behavioral health services throughout Central Oregon.

Position Requirements | Required Qualifications

Applicants must meet all of the following minimum qualifications:

  • Master's degree required, preferably in Business, Social Services, or Public Health
  • Minimum four (4) years of administrative management experience in a healthcare setting
  • Minimum two (2) years supervising professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and licensing oversight
  • Strong understanding of community mental health services, psychiatric rehabilitation, and Recovery Model principles
  • Ability to lead multiple clinical and operational teams across several program locations
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance competing operational priorities
  • Must live within reasonable commuting distance of the Bend program locations
  • Participation in the Administrator on-call rotation for evenings and weekends is required

Compensation

Expected starting salary: $118,995.46 – $147,000.00 annually

Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and geographic differentials.
