Essential Functions (Principal Duties and Job Responsibilities):
- Manage day-to-day operations of Centers of Excellence grant programs.
- Monitor grant deliverables, timelines, milestones, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, institutional, and sponsor requirements.
- Coordinate grant reporting and documentation.
- Develop and implement programs supporting student recruitment, retention, academic success, and professional development.
- Coordinate pipeline programs, undergraduate, graduate, and health professions students.
- Facilitate summer enrichment and workforce development initiatives.
- Support faculty development and mentoring activities.
- Coordinate student support services and academic success initiatives.
- Track participant outcomes and progress toward program goals.
- Assist with recruitment and selection of program participants.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and leadership development activities.
- Collect and analyze program performance data.
- Develop outcome measures and dashboards.
- Prepare annual, semi-annual, and final grant reports.
- Support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Develop relationships with schools, colleges, healthcare organizations, and community partners.
- Coordinate outreach and recruitment efforts.

- Experience managing federally funded grants (HRSA, NIH, Department of Education, CDC, etc.).
- Experience in higher education, healthcare, workforce development, or student success programs.
Education and Experience Preferred:
- Master's degree in Higher Education, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience with HRSA Centers of Excellence grants.
- Knowledge of health professions education and workforce diversity initiatives.
- Experience with grant writing and grant reporting.
