  • We are seeking an experienced Onshore Program Manager to lead and manage end-to-end program delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 10+ years of experience in program/project management.
  • Strong experience managing large-scale enterprise engagements.
  • Experience in a client-facing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects/programs across cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure timely delivery of milestones while maintaining quality and budget adherence.
  • Drive program governance, tracking, and reporting across stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and leadership.
  • Facilitate effective communication between onshore and offshore teams.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure transparency in delivery status and risks.
  • Define program plans, roadmaps, and delivery strategies.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks/issues, and drive mitigation plans proactively.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational and client objectives.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams, architects, and business stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
