Job Summary:
LeadStack Inc. is an award-winning staffing services provider of contingent workforce. The Program Manager will manage all aspects of multiple IT initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while leading geographically dispersed teams.
Responsibilities:
• Manages/oversees all aspects of multiple simultaneous fast-paced assigned initiatives with distributed teams.
• Leads IT initiatives throughout the entire project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure).
• Develop and manages detailed project plans, manages project scope and sets milestones, manages budget, tracks project status
• Ensures initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Designs and maintains project vision, project working standards, and agreements
• Identifies potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Manages issues and troubleshoot problems that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.
• Tracks, updates, and communicates project status in a proactive manner as it relates to project progress, budget/cost, resource utilization, change requests, issues, risks, and risk mitigation plans
• The ability to communicate complex technical concepts to various stakeholders
• Ability to leverage data analytics for tracking project performance, optimizing processes, and making informed decisions that align with strategic goals.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5–10+ years of experience in Project/Program Management for large-scale IT implementations
• Enterprise Project Management Expertise (Large-Scale IT Programs)
• 5+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional technology implementations or system upgrades
• Proven ability to manage full project lifecycle (planning, execution, testing, deployment)
• Strong proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management (Global Delivery Environment)
• Demonstrated experience managing third-party vendors (e.g., IBS or similar enterprise platforms) against SOW deliverables
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business, IT, and executive leadership
• Experience coordinating with offshore/global teams (e.g., India-based delivery models)
• Excellent communication, escalation, and decision facilitation skills
• Hands-on experience managing system upgrades, including SIT, UAT, and production deployments
• Strong understanding of release management, defect triage, and risk mitigation practices
• Familiarity with integrated systems, APIs, and operational platforms
Preferred:
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
• Experience in airline, cargo, or logistics systems (iCargo or equivalent) strongly preferred
• Experience with cargo/logistics systems (iCargo strongly preferred)
• Aviation or airline industry experience
• Familiarity with IBS Software platforms
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification
• Experience with enterprise integrations (APIs, messaging systems, operational platforms)
