We are seeking an experienced and driven Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that are critical to our business success. In this role, you will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, aligning strategy, resources, and execution to consistently deliver results on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.   • Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive program and project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and key milestones.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project and/or program management, managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate, influence, and guide teams toward shared goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing detailed project plans using project management tools and software.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum.
