Details:
Role: Project Manager (Salesforce Project Experience)
Location: Concord, NH - Hybrid / Remote is also ok
Interview Type: Either Webcam or In Person or may be both.

NOTE: The qualified candidate for this position is a Technical Project Manager (not a scrum master, not a program manager) who has experience specifically working with Salesforce application projects and has exceptional communication skills. If your candidate doesn't meet that that description, do not submit them.
Job Description:
  • This Project Manager will be utilized to make sure all parties are collaborating, as well as provide much needed bandwidth for day to day operations as the project kicks off. They are critical to ensuring the project is done on time, and with a business-defined minimal viable product.
  • Communication must be EXCEPTIONAL as they will be corresponding constantly with various agency stakeholders, multiple vendors, and various agency users/managers on a daily basis. They must be able to collaborate and interpret needs and requirements between various business entities with varying levels of technical understanding.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for the approval and sign-off of the program plan with customer representatives, such as portfolio managers, and all affected program stakeholders.
  • Accountable for management of scope for the program and gaining agreement and approval of scope changes with customer representatives and affected stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customer representatives.
  • Direct work planning and scheduling design work.
  • Manage and track the program progress against the program plan.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related issues and resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate and present proposals to agencies as necessary.
  • Identify and manage program risk and develops risk mitigation strategies, track to closure.
  • Ensure team leads adjust and revise estimates when necessary.
  • Anticipate issues and proactively address them. Resolve conflicts with sensitivity and tact.
  • Coordinate the establishment of program standards and program specific procedures with team leads.
  • Responsible for project compliance with standards and procedures.
  • Responsible for the capture and reporting of required program management metrics.
  • Responsible to tailor and baseline all program templates.
  • Develop and facilitate achievement of program service commitments and performance metrics.
  • Ensure that tasks provide value and support the strategic direction of the program and meet service commitments; conduct reviews with agencies.
  • Accountable for the final program management evaluation review with stakeholders for approval upon program completion.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and software / hardware suppliers supporting the State as appropriate.
  • Identify and track issues.
  • Balance workload with program members' capacity.
  • Communicate to team members how their work assignments relate to and help achieve program objectives.
  • Plan program specific training and orientation needs.

Required/Desired Skills:
  • Professional Project Management Experience (must be a true project manager - not Scrum master or program manager, but true technical project manager) Required -5 Years
  • Experience collaborating between multiple business entities with varying levels of technical understanding. Required -4 Years
  • PM experience with Agile Software Development methodology Required 3 Years
  • PM experience with Salesforce Application projects, specifically Required 1 Years
  • Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System (SACWIS) or Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) Experience Highly desired
  • Understanding of general technical infrastructure including Active Directory, Mobile Device apps in an enterprise environment, data storage, etc
  • EXCEPTIONAL communication skills are required for this position.
