- Lead and coordinate aerospace New Product Introduction programs from inception through completion.
- Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource plans.
- Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines with key stakeholders.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between internal teams, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sales throughout the NPI process.
- Track program progress and ensure milestones are completed on time and within budget.
- Identify program risks, roadblocks, and potential delays and develop solutions to keep projects moving.
- Ensure new products meet customer requirements and aerospace quality standards.
- Support quality planning and compliance with aerospace standards including AS9100 and NADCAP.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with aerospace customers and suppliers.
- Provide program updates and communicate schedules, risks, priorities, and deliverables.
- Analyze program performance and identify opportunities to improve NPI processes.
- Capture lessons learned and implement best practices across future product launches.
- Step into changing priorities and unexpected challenges to help teams successfully deliver programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience within aerospace, manufacturing, engineering, or New Product Introduction environments.
- Understanding of project or program management principles.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working between Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and commercial teams.
- Ability to identify risks, analyze complex issues, and develop practical solutions.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly.

- MS Project, Aras, or similar project/program management tools.
- Experience with manufacturing processes, product launches, and production readiness.
