The DPM shall assume all program management responsibilities and tasks in the absence of the PM but is predominantly focused on the tasks outlined below. The DPM creates and manages processes that enable Mission Leads and other contract personnel to focus on daily operations. * The DPM is expected to spend 80% of his/her workweek collocated with the bulk of the CME Workforce.

The government customer requires the DPM to assume all administrative responsibilities and to alleviate such responsibilities from the Mission Leads. DPM is required to maintain awareness of support requirements and leverage all available resources to remove distractions and impediments. * DPM is only required if exercised as a part of surge.

The following tasks will be performed in conjunction with the PM: Human Resource Management and contract fill-rate Hiring and termination processes Management of nonoperational disciplinary issues Onboarding and in-processing Personnel Status (PERSTAT) reports Schedule and task performance Oversight Timekeeping and timecard approval Administrative support to Mission Leads and contract workforce Expert knowledge of the intelligence cycle and the analytical process that acts on collection to produce information for intelligence databases and products. Knowledge of intelligence oversight and security guidelines. Excellent communication skills in order to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates.

Excellent analytical skills. Certification as a Program Management Professional (or equivalent). Job Requirements Desired experiences : * Superior understanding of DoD Intelligence processes, activities, standards, and available analytic tools with general understanding of GEOINT operations.

Knowledge of and experience in planning and executing technical studies and reports for computer systems and computer networks. Knowledge of and experience with Irregular Warfare concepts and operations. Education: MA or MS degree in Business, Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 6 years of management experience, including 6 years of supervisory experience on US Army or DoD programs and projects that provided expert intelligence analysis services; BA/BS degree in Business, Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 10 years of management experience, including 6 years of supervisory experience on US Army or DoD programs and projects that provided expert intelligence analysis services.

Certification as a Program Management Professional (or equivalent). Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI and with the ability to obtain a CI Poly if needed. Location: * Fort Gordon, GA.
