Job Summary:

  • Manages and directs work across a program - between multiple projects and teams in an organization.
  • Ensures the goals of the program are aligned with the goals of the organization.
  • Develops new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization. Evaluates the program to assess strength and identify areas of improvement.
  • Analyzes and mitigates program risk.

Scope of services & key deliverables:

  • Lead project management activities for a XXXXXXXXXXXM+ enterprise SAP ERP Transformation Program.
  • Manage project governance, reporting, delivery tracking, and stakeholder communication across teams in Europe and the Americas.
  • Coordinate a cross-functional team of 20+ resources, ensuring project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables remain on track while driving execution in a fast-paced transformation environment.

Key skills & responsibilities:

  • Proven SAP Project Management experience leading large-scale ERP/SAP transformation programs.
