  • Familiarity with NAVSEA specifications, technical manuals, and shipbuilding standards.
  • Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and strategic partners in support of government contracts.
  • Strong contract administration skills, including managing contract modifications, deliverables, and compliance requirements.
  • Working knowledge of quality management systems, inspection processes, and corrective action programs.
