Job Description

The Program Manager is responsible for driving the successful execution of paid media campaigns by managing workflows, ensuring process compliance, coordinating approvals, and facilitating seamless collaboration between internal teams and clients.

Please note: This is a 4 month freelance engagement. Candidates will be considered for conversion to fulltime.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day management of creative marketing initiatives, ensuring projects stay on schedule and aligned to business objectives.
  • Partner with Creative, Strategy, Account, Production, Media, and Client teams to manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage operational processes supporting multi-channel campaigns, direct mail production, email deployment schedules, and audience-targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Drive project intake, resource coordination, workflow management, and approval processes.
  • Monitor project health, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively resolve roadblocks.
  • Facilitate clear communication among stakeholders and provide regular status updates.
  • Ensure seamless handoffs between teams throughout the creative development lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and project closeout activities.
  • Champion operational excellence by identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Support client communications related to project status, timelines, and deliverables
  • Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams and help resolve process or workflow challenges.
  • Escalate project risks, issues, and conflicts when appropriate.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and operational efficiencies
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of years of Program Management, Project Management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Experience managing multiple small to medium projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Smartsheets, Microsoft Excel, Workfront, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms).
  • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable workflows and project plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across teams while maintaining accountability for timelines and deliverables.

 Compensation Range: USD $35.17 - USD $54.11/Hourly. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
