Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Information
Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
-Minimum 15+ years of experience managing large, complex technical, scientific,
research, or information technology programs.
-Minimum 10+ years of experience supporting program or project management
activities for a Federal agency.
-Minimum 5+ years of experience managing multi-disciplinary technical teams and
subcontractors.
-Experience managing cost, schedule, performance, risk, staffing, and deliverables
across multiple projects or task areas.
-Experience supporting Federal Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), Federal
Program Managers (FPMs), and technical stakeholders.
-Experience leading executive-level briefings, governance meetings, and strategic
planning sessions.
-Strong technical leadership skills
